Wholesale Accounts

Account pricing for laboratories, research institutions, clinics and distributors buying research compounds at volume. Approved accounts get five-tier pricing starting at $500 — applied automatically at checkout, with no discount code and no separate storefront to log into. Every order finds its own tier, so there is nothing to track and nothing to renegotiate. Quoted by the box of 10, splittable into half boxes of 5. Orders under $500 are billed at retail. • Five tiers, and every order finds its own. Your pricing is set by the order in front of you — not by what you bought last month, and not by a rate we have to agree in advance.
• Tier 1 — Practice starts at $500. Then Practice Plus at $1,500, Clinic at $2,500, Partner at $3,500 and Distributor at $5,000. Larger orders price lower across every line on the order.
• Quoted by the box of 10 — splittable to half boxes of 5. A half box is exactly half the box price, so you can mix compounds rather than being forced into ten of a single item.
• Orders under $500 are billed at retail. Below the first tier you are priced like any other customer, and you can use a promoter code on it if you have one.
• Nothing to track. Order big one month and small the next; each order simply prices where it lands. No code to remember, no minimum to keep hitting, no renegotiation.

A wholesale account is a company record tied to one account email. Once the account is approved, your percentage and your minimum sit on that record. When anyone signs in with that email and checks out, the rate has already come off the total — you never type a code, you never wait for a revised invoice, and the price you see in the cart is the price you pay. Every order keeps its own snapshot of the rate and the minimum it was judged against, so a renegotiated rate later never rewrites your order history.

Tier pricing is shown to you as prices, not as a discount off something else — once your account is approved you see exactly what each item costs at each tier, and the cart tells you what a larger order would cost before you place it. Volume beyond the Distributor tier is priced individually; what we quote reflects the compounds you buy and the volume you actually move, which is why the application asks about both.

Wholesale accounts are for businesses. To apply, have these four things ready:

• A registered business. A legal entity registered to trade — the name you give us has to match the registration.
• A valid EIN (Employer Identification Number). Your nine-digit federal Tax ID, in the format 12-3456789. This is the number that establishes you are a registered business, and it is what we verify against the business name. Business EINs only — never a Social Security number.
• A business shipping address. Where orders on the account will ship. Suite and unit numbers are welcome; the address should belong to the business.
• A business email. This becomes the account email your pricing is tied to, so use an address the business will keep — ideally at your own domain.

Everything below goes straight to the owner. Fields marked * are required — we need them to verify the business before an account can be opened.
