How they work

BPC-157 has been studied for its effect on signals for new blood-vessel growth (VEGF) and nitric-oxide signaling (signals that help blood vessels widen) [1]. Thymosin beta-4 is known for binding actin (helping cells move) and helping grow new blood vessels [2]. GHK-Cu is described as a copper carrier that studies report affects the making of collagen (the main protein that gives skin and tissue structure) and glycosaminoglycans (moisture-holding molecules in tissue), plus the enzymes that break tissue down and the proteins that block those enzymes [3][4].

Tissue repair research

BPC-157 and thymosin beta-4 have each been studied in rodent tendon, muscle, and skin or low-blood-flow wound tests, with reported effects on healing and new blood-vessel growth [1][2]. GHK-Cu has been studied in wound-healing tests where researchers reported more connective-tissue buildup and more collagen laid down [5].

Skin and collagen research

GHK-Cu has the most skin-focused research of the three. Reviews and cell studies describe reported effects on fibroblasts (the cells that build connective tissue) making more collagen, on rebuilding of the skin's deeper layer, and on many gene-activity pathways linked to skin renewal [3][4]. This is why the blend is framed around skin and tissue research.

What the research hasn't shown yet
